CRM Report: Broadway & Seymour Join Telera in CRM Agreement

Broadway & Seymour Group, a unit of research and engineering giant SAIC, said Thursday that it has signed a marketing agreement with communications ASP Telera to integrate its CRM solution with Telera’s Intelligent Communications Network.

The Campbell, California-based Telera calls itself the first communications ASP designed for the convergence of the Internet and telecommunications. It is backed by venture capitals firms Accel Partners and Sequoia Partners.

The Washington-based Broadway & Seymour specializes in providing CRM solutions to financial services companies. Its parent company, SAIC, is the largest employee-owned research and engineering company in the United States.
