Sitel Corporation (NYSE: SWW) said today that it has signed a broad-ranging exclusive partnership with a leading Japanese telemarketing services company to deliver CRM solutions to each other’s clients in their home markets.
The Baltimore, Maryland-based company said the deal with Bellsystem 24 includes terms for revenue sharing and also encourages developing new business.
Bellsystem 24 delivers a variety of CRM and marketing services. It has some 4,400 clients and operates 38 contact centers in Japan. Sitel, which announced first quarter revenue of $198.6 million Wednesday, operates 72 customer contact centers in 18 countries around the globe.
