TeleTech Holdings (Nasdaq: TTEC) said Friday that it has been hired by DSL Internet access provider NorthPoint Communications (Nasdaq: NPNT) to assist in scheduling customer installations.
The Denver, Colorado-based TeleTech operates 32 customer interaction centers in North America, Europe and Asia, employing nearly 17,000 people. It provides CRM solutions to the telecommunications, financial services, technology and transportation industries.
The company said it will employ its CyberCare interaction platform to assist NorthPoint in building its subscriber base. CyberCare employs e-mail, chat and Web co-browsing capabilities.
