E-Commerce Times Expands News Syndication Deal with iSyndicate

The E-Commerce Times today announced that it has expanded its news headline syndication deal with iSyndicate, to include full-text news story distribution in addition to headline syndication.

Under this agreement, the E-Commerce Times will provide full-text story content for placement on corporate Web sites through the iSyndicate network of affiliates. iSyndicate already makes E-Commerce Times news headlines available for syndication to over 6,000 affiliates worldwide. The E-Commerce Times and iSyndicate will share revenue derived from the content distribution.

“The industry-wide demand for our e-commerce news and special reports content has been phenomenal. This agreement represents another milestone in our trend of rapid expansion through content deals and headline news syndication,” said Ric Kern, associate publisher of the E-Commerce Times. “We’re pleased to expand our relationship with iSyndicate and look forward to delivering our content to their network of affiliates, in addition to our own news affiliates we’re already serving.”

“We’re pleased E-Commerce Times has extended its syndication strategy to include our licensed content service, allowing iSyndicate’s customers and member affiliates to embed full-text articles within their Web sites,” said Joel Maske, president and CEO of iSyndicate. “As the Web continues to evolve into a highly specialized, interdependent marketplace for information, content providers like E-Commerce Times, who leverage the most innovative, targeted distribution opportunities and technologies, will thrive among the next generation of Web content sources.”
