Driven by strong international sales, CRM provider ICT Group (Nasdaq: ICTG) said Wednesday that its first quarter revenues leapt to $41.3 million, an increase of 12 percent over last year’s first quarter.
The Langhorne, Pennsylvania-based company said that its international operations provided $9.3 million in sales, up 67 percent over last year, while its customer care operations showed a 63 percent increase.
ICT also said that its value-added marketing services, a crucial integrated CRM offering, delivered a strong performance for the quarter. ICT Group has CRM operations in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia.
