The quiet periods for all three companies end this week, and judging by Friday’s action, investors are expecting some good news.
Shares of Wit Capital soared 3-1/16 to 18-9/16, shares of drkoop.com climbed 1-7/8 to 14 and shares of iXL gained 2-1/8 to 20. It’s uncertain whether the companies will make announcements that will make their stocks climb even more, or whether we’ll see some profit taking.
