LifeMinders.com rose 4 1/4 to 64 Thursday, after the e-marketer said it added 5.5 million new members in the first 12 weeks of this year. Total membership is now more than 12.5 million users, “more than half” the number of America Online members (22 million).
LifeMinders said it will “soon” announce B2B technology outsourcing agreements and a new wireless distribution platform.
The Herndon, Virginia-based LifeMinders sends free, personalized e-mails to members on such topics as entertainment, health, personal finance and weather. The company has partnerships with retailers including Kimberly-Clark, Universal Studios, Petsmart.com and Starwood Hotels.
