Internet Commerce Corp. (Nasdaq: ICCSA) was down 3 1/4 to 51 in early trading Tuesday. After the close Monday, the B2B e-commerce company announced that one of its founders, Michele Golden, had given up her day-to-day job responsibilities for personal reasons.
Golden, who held the title of executive vice president, will remain on the New York-based company’s board and will continue to serve as a consultant.
The company also announced Tuesday that it has hired 15 new people, including a vice president of marketing and a director of strategic alliances.
