eBay, Inc. (Nasdaq: EBAY) rose 18 to 136 3/16 Monday after announcing a series of agreements involving a new mobile service.
eBay Anywhere will work on any Internet-enabled device, from mobile phones to handheld computers, said the San Jose, California-based online marketplace operator. 2Roam, Sprint Corp., Oracle Corp. and AT&T Corp. are among the companies that are teaming up with eBay to provide the service.
