
RightNow and Quris will partner to deliver e-mail marketing programs, the companies announced today. The joint offering will combine RightNow Marketing’s technology platform with Quris’s campaign management strategy and services.The companies maintain that by combining services they will be able to help clients increase customer loyalty, improve revenue and implement proactive customer service.
RightNow Marketing gives marketers tools for creating and executing multi-channel, multi-stage campaigns, as well as for targeting customers with relevant offers and evaluating the effectiveness and financial impact of marketing programs.
Quris will add to this technology strategic e-mail marketing services including e-mail strategy consulting, creative services, campaign management and execution, and analytic and research services.

“Sending e-mail isn’t easy, but companies that offer services in the form creating, sending and measuring proactive communication, have better odds to win in the marketplace,” Scott Heimbrodt, CEO of Quris, said in a statement.
Also today, RightNow announced a partnership with the Aaronson Group to provide a variety of cross-channel marketing services. The first offerings will be centered around e-mail marketing services, with services for other communication channels planned for the future.
