LifeMinders said it will "soon" announce B2B technology outsourcing agreements and a new wireless distribution platform.

The Herndon, Virginia-based LifeMinders sends free, personalized e-mails to members on such topics as entertainment, health, personal finance and weather. The company has partnerships with retailers including Kimberly-Clark, Universal Studios, and Starwood Hotels.
