Open Market, Inc. (Nasdaq: OMKT) gained 1 5/8 to close at 11 7/8 Monday after announcing an agreement to work with America Online (NYSE: AOL) on a sell-side product for business-to-business open digital marketplaces.

Open Market will integrate AOL technologies, including Quick Checkout and Shopping Search, into its e-business products, and will provide AOL with its technologies. AOL's iPlanet and Open Market said they will also work together on "Internet selling solutions for open digital marketplaces."
