EMusic.com, Inc. rose 1 3/32 Wednesday to 6 13/32 after the company said it would launch co-branded Web sites with America Online.

EMusic's 90,000-plus downloadable MP3 music tracks will be available to AOL users through AOL's ICQ portal, Winamp audio player and Spinner.com music service.

EMusic, based in Redwood City, California, runs a Web site that lets users listen to and buy music in the MP3 format.
