BroadVisionInc. (Nasdaq: BVSN) rose 3 11/16 to 21 15/16 Monday, and i2 Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITWO) advanced 11 7/8 to 173 as the e-commerce software makers announced a joint development agreement to deliver what they termed "a comprehensive e-commerce solution."
The combined offering will integrate the i2 TradeMatrix Sell and i2 TradeMatrix Content Solutions with the BroadVision (Nasdaq: BVSN) suite of e-commerce applications and relationship management.
"This agreement will enable business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies to rapidly build and deploy marketplaces that reach the entire depth and breadth of the value chain," said i2 president Greg Brady.
