RightNow Marketing gives marketers tools for creating and executing multi-channel, multi-stage campaigns, as well as for targeting customers with relevant offers and evaluating the effectiveness and financial impact of marketing programs.
Quris will add to this technology strategic e-mail marketing services including e-mail strategy consulting, creative services, campaign management and execution, and analytic and research services.
