Portal Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRSF) climbed 5 7/8 to 54 7/16 Monday after the company announced it landed three large Chinese customers.

The Cupertino, California-based Portal said it will provide customer Increase Customer Sales with Email Marketing -- Free Trial from VerticalResponse management and billing services to China Railway Communications, Ji Tong Communications Co. and Xinhua News Agency.

Financial terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
