Agile Software Corp. (Nasdaq: AGIL) rose 4 to 154 Thursday after the San Jose-based company said Dell Computer Corp. (Nasdaq: DELL) signed a contract that will bring Agile's supply-chain management software to more than 3,500 users at manufacturing sites at Dell and its supply-chain companies.

Dell, the leading direct seller of computers systems in the U.S., will combine Agile's Internet-based Anywhere product with its enterprise resource planning and sales configuration systems.
