Stock Watch: SonicWall IPO Should Make Noise

The initial public offering of Internet infrastructure company SonicWall is expected to be a big winner on Wall Street today, largely because almost anything even remotely related to Internet infrastructure is being gobbled up by investors right now.

SonicWall, which provides Internet security solutions designed for the broadband market, serves everything from corporations to public libraries. As Ben Holmes of ipoPros.com notes, SonicWall "is another of those networking hardware plays that will most likely dazzle buyers."

If nothing else, companies like SonicWall are poised to benefit greatly from the growth of high-speed Internet access.
