What is it about hp.com that grates the nerves?
Go to their website and 'attempt' to order a pc, 8 clicks and still counting to get close to closing the order.
go to dell.com, 6 clicks and you're done.
Hp may have turned in an impressive qtr but unfortunately their prices are NOT competitive and their website sucks.
