See Full StoryDefunct online grocer Webvan was slapped with its second class action
lawsuit in as many weeks Monday, over allegations that its initial
public offering (IPO) violated federal securities laws.
Specifically, the suit charges that a portion of the e-tailer's
IPO registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) was "materially false and misleading,"
because it did not disclose that the five investment firms had
"solicited and received excessive and undisclosed" commissions
from certain investors.

Can anyone tell me how to join in on the class action suit against Webvan for not giving employee their 60 days notice? I saw an article in the Atlanta paper that said their was one going on for about 2000 of Webvan employee's. I never got a notice so if anyone out there knows about it could you get in touch with me at my email address.
Thank you.
Thank you.
