Living.com, the online furniture and home products vendor, announced Tuesday that it will shut down its operations. The company, which will file for Chapter 7, will be forced to lay off its 275 employees.

They were so sorry that they filed a false claim of $5994 for merchandise they state I purchased and never paid for. And to top it off, they turned it over to a collection agency without ever contacting me about the matter. If you were a customer watch out!!!

I'm right there with you on that one! How can they think I didn't pay for the merchandise? They don't ship your order until after your credit card is billed! DUH!
