I have a problem with aria-providian and need a lawyer! They took my money out of my account saying I am approved for a credit card then denied me. Four months later they still won't put my money back. I have proof they took it out, but they say I need to send my personal bank statements showing they didn't put it in. When I asked to send me a statement of their's saying they did, but hmmm they won't. Then I call back and hmmm they say they never put in my account. They are screwballs. I have a longer story -- but made it short. They give false names and departments.
