A number of leading U.S. e-commerce merchants and payment processing companies announced Monday the formation of the Worldwide E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Network, an industry coalition aimed at reducing Internet-based fraud.

On 5/12/2001 purchased program from www.marketing-2000.net for the sum of $149.00. Credit card was charged $447.00. Overcharging me $298.00. They will not answer E-mail nor the phone. 217-522-2005
I have copies of all paperwork to back this up. Need help on who to contact for help.
